Recently I embarked on a healthy living and lifestyle change with some close friends.  Its an attempt to eat and drink cleaner.  It is also a chance to live life more fully, more happily and more peacefully.  Part of it is food and a cleaner lifestyle, and part is yoga and meditation, chanting, and learning to be grateful for the abundance that I am blessed with.  In this process I am trying to turn back the clock a little and get  healthier than I was, fitter, thinner, and happier.  Stay tuned for my progress and I will share my health and wellness tips and stories.
